Holiday cottage located in a small oasis on a closed plot with trees and bushes. The south-faced conservatory provides a lot of heat for the entire house and here you will surely spend a lot of hours. Large garage for the car. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt, gemütlich eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche (auf jeden Fall nicht in der Preiskategorie) offen. / Die Betten sind bequem es gibt genug Stauraum Reisebett, Hochstuhl, Wäscheständer sind vorhanden die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt die Garage und der Wintergarten sehr praktisch Fliegengitter an vielen Fenstern Gesellschaftsspiele, sowie eine PS2 vorrätig. / Das Grundstück ist mit Hecke und Laubbäumen und einem niedrigen Zaun abgegrenzt und mit Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder, genug Liege-& Sitzmöglichkeiten bestückt (im Sommer ist der Garten bestimmt ganz sichtgeschützt). / Auch wenn der Garten an die Zufahrtsstraße grenzt, ist es trotz einiger vorbeifahrenden Autos ruhig und erholsam. / 3 schöne Spielplätze und der schnell erreichbare Fjord mit schönem Rad-/Fußweg machen das Gebiet perfekt.
