Description

Holiday home located on a large natural plot. The house is functionally furnished with spacious rooms and an open kitchen / family room, where there is an unobstructed view of the garden and the beautiful nature. In 2012, the house got a new kitchen, new floors in the living room and kitchen and changed part of the interior furniture. PlayStation2 with games is available. There are football goals, a fire pit and a trampoline in the garden (use of this is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance). The house is located in the family-friendly Arrild Ferieby, where, among other things. is a large playground with bouncy castle, tennis courts and cafe as well as a short distance to fishing lake and swimming pool. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Have stayed in this house for the third time, and it was an absolute delight, as always. Dogs are also welcome, and they can enjoy the beautiful grass in the yard. A lot of sunshine in the backyard, with great seating area. House has all that you can need, so you can basically live there. Area is also super calm and relaxing. The only problem is a mild moldy smell.
