Well-located and well-maintained vacation home with a 7-person outdoor hot tub (summer) and panoramic views of the Limfjord, both inside and outside, located only about 100 meters from the fjord and about 900 meters from the ferry terminal at Branden. The cottage's outdoor area/garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation to the fullest, as well as the opportunity for ball games and play. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book while enjoying the view of the fjord or watching the kids play in the garden. The house offers comfortable lounge furniture, garden furniture, table and bench sets, and sun loungers. The house's activities provide ample opportunity for many hours of entertainment for both children and adults. There is a pool table, a table tennis table that can be placed on top of the pool table, and electronic darts in the house's newly renovated garage. In addition, there is a mini table with three different games, including table football and air hockey. Kitchen/family room with ceramic hob, separate oven with grill, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, separate freezer, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.

There is a high chair for the little ones. There is also a large smart TV with German, Danish, and international channels, as well as the option to stream your own TV services. The living room is located on the first floor and has comfortable furniture, free high-speed internet, and a smart TV with German, Danish, and international channels, as well as the option to stream your own TV services. The living room also offers a cozy café area where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Limfjord up close. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. In addition, the house offers two shelters (a children's version and an adult version), also with panoramic views of the water. The house also has a fire pit where the whole family can enjoy roasting sausages, marshmallows, or baking bread on a stick. Please note: Noise from summer traffic may occur. Please note: The outdoor spa is only open from April 1 to November 1. It is closed during the winter and cannot be used. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
