Le chauffage de la chambre ne marcher pas, mais ils ont su trouver une solution et nous ont apporter un radiateur soufflant qui chauffer très bien ! En plus de ça, l’hôtel est très bien placé, le parc est très agréable, il y a des lignes de bus qui passe à 5min de l’hôtel qui amène directement à Picadilly circus à moins de 5 livres, pareil pour Notting Hill.

The rooms are ok… its not sound proof at all! So it was really hard for us with a toddler, we can’t stop her for running/jumping inside the room. Great location! The hotel is surrounded with shops,pharmacy, money changer and most importantly convenient stores!! The location was really important for us, and the transportation was really convenient. Some of the staffs were not hospitable when we arrived, but then they became kind.
