My husband made the reservation without checking the reviews, so when I looked them up, I was terrified. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean, the service was friendly, and the location was ideal for our purpose in Portland. It was close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to.

If your looking for a glamorous room this is most definitely not the place for you. But if your looking for phenomenal service, which is a rarity these days (especially around Portland!), then this is the place to go! Steven was hands down the coolest part of the trip. He went above and beyond his job duties to make sure we had a comfortable stay, and this establishment should be proud to have him representing their business, because I promise it's not the location or run down rooms that have people coming back.
