Hardwood floors need mopping. Other tenants are not picking up their dog poo. Other than that perfect quiet place if you are in need of a good place, double locks for security, in house laundry are of you haven't packed very many clothes.

There were 2 beds. Thankfully, we only required one. The bed nearest the window, had 2 wet spots. One was about 12 inches across and the other was about 8 inches across. The room was clean but for those wet places.
