The key card did not work the first time so I had to go back to the office at the other end of the building and downstairs. Then the TV wouldnâ€™t work and the air conditioner wasnâ€™t working either. I went back to the office and asked for my money to be refunded and to check out. The building was in very poor shape. The only good thing was that the room was clean. Everything about the building. I liked nothing and everything could be improved. Iâ€™m still waiting for my refund.
