I requested for non-smoking room and I get that. The room was not smelling like previous guess was smoking inside the room. Please it up like that and i do really enjoyed my stay.

Housekeeping rarely came to clean, there was a gap at the bottom of my door i can literally see outside, on my last 6 nights the AC went out nobody came back to fix it… very cold during the night and there was a cold front… all issues were reported but little was done
