As already reported to reception - the handle of the room door was loose, and it made it challenging to open the door. Due to some challenges with the airline, I cancelled and had to rebook, while asked to keep the original price. Unlike the Motel 6 call center, the receptionist, Mary, understood me and respected my request,.
