The management team was incredibly unhelpful during our stay. We had a minor issue with our room's heating, and when we reached out to the front desk, the manager seemed completely uninterested in assisting us. It felt like we were bothering her on her day off.

The ice machine did not work.. Workers stated digging outside my room at 8 am. I prepaid for Thur-Sunday..I HAD to check out EARLY Saturday morning due to illness for whcih I am still in recovery. Called my husband to maybe need to go to EMS when I returned home. Motel 6 has refused to refund my payment for leaving a day early. This is not acceptable to me after many years of loyality with Motel 6.
