I thought the guy at the front desk was very nice, polite, and professional. What could be improved really doesn’t have much to do with the building but it was kinda noisy on the street. It was New Year’s Eve though.

Fine for a single night before heading to our cruise. A few more amenities (ice, for example) would have been good.
