The desk staff and housekeeping are A#1. I don't know everyone's name but I believe Carolina is Manager. I like that a laundry facility has been added along with a market place featuring foods, snacks and drinks along with other items. The remodel featuring a "mcfridge" in the rooms helps to save guests money. Improvement..? How bout a frequent guest program that awards points and maybe some future discounts.
