Rolled in late after a long flight and was blown away by how friendly the night staff was. They went out of their way to make sure I got checked in smoothly and even helped me with my luggage!

Shout out to the manager who was very attentive and considerate. I requested an accessible tub if possible and she kindly called me to explain it wasnâ€™t available. I also really liked the flooring.
