The television had black streaks across the display. The handle in the shower came loose in my hand

The TV remote does not work. Had to figure out how to turn the TV on manually. After turning it on, there was no way to select any options. Great location. Quiet. The water drainage from the roof seems to collect in front of the room I stayed in (148, I think). There is a mat in front of the door that collects all the water and you walk through it to enter the room, tracking water, dirt into the room.
