Loved that there was a "full" size refrigerator in my room. Great addition but I only stayed one night so I didn't get to fully use. But much better than those small dorm room style fridges.

The flexibility and courtesy with my requests as well as a discounted extension past my previously scheduled checkout time. What could be improved: cleaning the floor of the room(s). I noticed my feet got lightly soiled after walking barefoot in the room.
