Been a customer since 2003 and the location was grand.. maintenance crew was beyond exceptional and respectful.. The front office staff were and are extremely disrespectful untrustworthy.. overcharge me and lied, but my bank refunded my account.. Other than that overall experience comfortable

This location is uncomfortable. More lighting in the parking area would help. The staff were great and the room was just fine. But given the location, more exterior lighting would help.
