The location is seedy, however the security was visible and we felt safe. The room was clean and smoke free. The C store next door had the the odd un-housed person hanging about but they were harmless. Be sure to book STUDIO 6, there's a Motel 6 tucked in behind, unless you want meth or a $20 companion you don't want that one. Jennifer at the front desk was cold as ice. We walked over to the Steak and shake at the OYO, got passively high from the air .. .lol.

Though Studio 6 clearly had visual security personnel present, the numerous street people that constantly used the property made it difficult, to feel secured and safe. Convenience and nearness to Harry Reid International Airport. Renovate Room 405 is needed.
