Improvement would be Breakfast to go with the coffee they already have. They would make more money by doing this. Because people really don't want to go anywhere to get food. Lots of the time I order online too have it delivered to my room. But over all it is in the right place because there's food restaurants all around the motel and a mall is just walking distance.

It is an older hotel, could use some upgrading, but the ac and fridge worked great and we slept good.
