the owner went out of his way to help us out and was extremely helpful when we were booking the room

I liked the person who checked me in because he was thoughtful enough to give me a south-facing room with sun. Improvements could be in-room shampoo and conditioner, in-room hair dryer, and some pleasant pictures on the walls. The room felt very stark and not soft and welcoming.
