The rooms were average; my rating is for the staff mainly. One star docked for rooms and location, not a good part of Everett but definitely in close to proximity to restaurants and the freeway. Easy access to Seattle. James is great and handled any concerns I had with sincerity and poise. Tough job. I think he deserves a raise.

The front desk is amazing the best costumer service I have seen since I have stayed at a motel thank you Me and my fiance are more then greatfull for our stay thank you James and every other employee for being so kind to us.. me and my fiance don't know how else to thank you
