The receptionist is delightful. She is very nice. We enjoy interacting with her. Unfortunately I don’t remember here name.

It took us over 30 minutes to get checked in because of a large group of 30+ people needing rooms. The one girl at the counter was alone almost the whole time and doing her best to stay on track. They got it done and I think they did a good job.
