Management and staff, when around we’re accommodating and kind. Rooms were clean, amenities unexpectedly high end and rooms Comfortable and well equipped. Housekeepers showed up with a mini fridge within 2 minutes when I asked to store something in the hotel’s fridge. Great service!. It was a bit unnerving when I did need something and there was no staff on the grounds. Perhaps a text line would be helpful for after hours questions or needs. Neighborhood doesn’t have a lot to offer in the immediate vicinity but extremely easy access to the city. I was at 42nd street in under 20 minutes. Extremely Good value for money in New York.
